Parking & Transportation
Campus Parking
Parking is available at each campus for Austin Community College (ACC) employees and students currently attending at least one course. You must obtain a parking ePermit if you park a vehicle on campus. Parking ePermits are valid on all campuses through August 31st of the current academic year as long as the ePermit holder is a current employee or student. A parking ePermit is not a guarantee of a parking space.
Obtain a Parking ePermit
Access the Transportation Online System to register your vehicle and obtain an ePermit. Multiple vehicles may be linked to a single ePermit. You must be an ACC employee or registered student to obtain a permit.
Visit Transportation Services for more information.
Sustainable Options
Driving your car is not the only way to get to ACC. Many alternate forms of transportation are better for the environment and could help you save money. Visit the Office of Energy & Sustainability site to learn about ways to bypass traffic and parking congestion through ACC’s Sustainable Transportation Initiatives.
Public Transportation
ACC’s Green Pass program provides rides on Capital Metro services for all credit and Adult Education (AE) students, faculty, and staff. Continuing Education (CE) students and hourly employees are not eligible for a Green Pass at this time.
Visit Green Pass for more information.
Be Safe
ACC District Police are always available to escort students and employees to their cars, simply call 512-223-1231. Always have your keys ready when you approach your vehicle and keep your doors locked even when sitting inside your car.
Parking Regulations, ePermit, & Enforcement
Vehicles parked on campus for more than 30 minutes without an ePermit may receive a parking citation. More information about enforcement and parking regulations is published on the Parking and Transportation website. The College assumes no responsibility for any vehicle or its content while the vehicle is parked or operated on College property.
