A Message from the Chancellor

Welcome to Austin Community College District. I’m so proud to be a part of this college, and I’m honored that you’ve chosen to start your journey with us.

All of us at ACC care deeply about your success. When you’re here, we hope you feel supported, connected, and loved every step of the way. The beginning of any new journey can feel overwhelming. You should know you’re joining a powerful community.

As a Riverbat, you have access to free services and resources designed to help you academically, financially, and personally.

We offer free tutoring and academic coaching so you can stay ahead in class. Our Career Services team provides coaching and resumé support, and our counselors and support teams can connect you with food and groceries or child care scholarships and emergency funds for those times when life gets hard. I encourage you to stay connected with your advisor and use what’s here for you.

Your time at college should be fun and rewarding. Every campus offers a way to get involved in events and find a place of belonging. You can join one of our many Student Life groups, attend special student activities, or visit our exhibits, shows, and performances.
