Transfer of Credit to ACC
Previous Coursework
Austin Community College (ACC) evaluates undergraduate courses for possible transfer credit. You must have earned a C or above to earn credit. Approved transfer credits will appear on your ACC transcript.
You may also be eligible for transfer credit through the following alternate means:
International Coursework
If you have a college transcript from a country outside the United States, bring your original transcript in native language and original translations to any ACC campus Admissions and Enrollment Office.
If you have not had your foreign transcripts translated, visit American Translators Association (ATA) for translators in the Austin area.
Articulated Credit Program
You can receive college credit for high school classes that are part of the Articulated Credit Program, a partnership between area school districts and Austin Community College (ACC). You must be enrolled in a partnering high school. In addition to satisfying all requirements of these high school classes, in order to receive college credit, you must enroll in ACC either as a dual credit student or enroll post high school graduation and complete at least one ACC college course. Visit Articulated Credit for more information.
